gelesen. 

Ich bin eine Studentin an der Universitaet Mannheim und schreibe 
zurzeit an meiner Masterarbeit ueber Anreizsysteme fuer Enterprise 
Microblogging.

		<description>The challenge is not for &quot;new&quot; organisation to be social - the challenge is for mature organisation to incorporate social behaviours into organisational behaviours. 

I see few examples of old world companies (other than small experimental projects) effectively employing E.2 appraches into their organisational strategies. 

It would be great to see and hear examples where industries such as Professional Service firms or Government or Manufacturing - i.e. those industries that have a well established business model and focus, have incorporated social behaviours (supported by social technologies) into their main business models. 

Again I emphasis main stream rather than in one department or as a pilot. It is my belief that these smaller examples are not examples as they are inherently not testing the boundaries of &quot;social&quot; values within large organisations.
